21st Anniversary Gala – Swing into Spring

Thank you for considering a sponsorship of the Beacon Pharmacy 2024 Gala. Below are the various levels of sponsorship and the promotion and tickets you receive for each respective level. If you would like to sponsor us, please complete the form below.

If you would like to pay by credit card, please email Dr. LaTrice D. Snodgrass, Executive Director, with the level of sponsorship you’d like to purchase. She will send you an email with an electronic link to submit payment via credit card. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.

Date/Time: March 21, 2024, 5:30pm – 9:30pm
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton in Downtown Canton.

Please note that any in-kind donations will be recognized in accordance with the level of the donation. Name/logo inclusion in marketing materials is dependent on the date that the sponsor commitment is received.

Presenting Sponsor ($25,000): Top billing at the event; All Signature Level benefits plus share a 2-minute message with the audience; distribute promotional materials to guests; name/logo on the invitations, in print ads, and on broadcast media; and display your company materials with a table at the event.

Signature Sponsor ($15,000): Company logo featured on the website and event signage and recognition on Beacon’s social media accounts. Two reserved tables of eight.

Diamond Sponsor ($10,000): Company logo on the website and event signage. One reserved table of eight.

Platinum Sponsor ($5,000): Company name on the website and event signage. Eight tickets to the event.

Gold Sponsor ($2,500): Company name on the website and event signage. Six tickets to the event.

Silver Sponsor ($1,000): Name/logo recognition at the event; Four tickets to the event.

Bronze Sponsor ($500): Name/logo recognition at the event; Two tickets to the event.
